Week 2 Weigh in

Well I am disappointed this week I went from 294 to 295. I did eat right some maybe a little more than I should of, and I did not take the time to exercise. So this was a stumbling week but this week I hope will be better. I know that there will be good weeks and bad.
I thought if I could lose 2 pounds a week I could lose 100 pounds in a year...
Sounds Really Good to me...

  1. The weight loss plan im on says you only weigh in 1 time a month because our bodies are strange creatures and we can lose and gain 2 to 4 pounds per week. I am loving this diet. I found it when I stumbled upon the info mercial for it. Its called Food Lovers Fat Loss system(FLFL). There is so much info in this packet that it took me a week to go thru it and to listen to the DVD's that came with it. The hardest thing for me was to learn to eat something every 2.5 to 3 hours everyday. Its not that hard. I carry along with me protein bars everywhere I go and when its time for my snack thats what I have. I love it because they are so good it feels like Im cheating daily and having a candy bar. LOL
    But the first 21 day make-over was hard but very worth it. In that first 21 days I lost 10 pounds. and still losing now , just more slowly.BUT KEEP IT UP AND NEVER GIVE UP. and stay off the scales for a couple of weeks.
